The Ghost BOO-schettas

Ingredients

  • Salmon or trout,
  • Tagetes and lemon balm microgreens
  • Puff pastry
  • Butter
  • Egg yolk
  • Fresh cheese

Preparation

  1. Brush half of the puff pastry with butter, then fold it over.
  2. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter.
  3. Brush with egg yolk.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. ?
  5. Top with cream cheese seasoned with tagetes and lemon balm microgreens, and add a slice of salmon.
