Christmas Mojito with Pomegranate and Mint – Festive Recipe

Ingredients
- One pomegranate
- 6 to 8 mint leaves
- 3 cl lime juice
- 2 cl rum
- Sparkling water or lemonade
- A little fresh mint from your garden
Preparation
- Place the pomegranate seeds in the glasses.
- Pour in 3 cl of lime juice.
- Muddle lightly.
- Add the mint leaves.
- Add 2 cl of rum.
- Add ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water or lemonade.
- Garnish with mint and pomegranate seeds.
