Our tips for successfully growing your mountain savory
Very small leaves soon start to grow on the slender, flexible stems (from 2 weeks). A small, creeping bush develops. Wait 4 to 6 weeks (around 10 to 15 cm tall) before starting the first harvest.
Harvest the thickest, stiffest stems, leaving at least 5 cm high. Be sure to remove dead stems regularly to encourage new growth. Continue harvesting and enjoy for 4 to 6 months.
