Bagel with salmon, red sorrel and fresh chive cheese

Ingredients

For 2 bagels, you will need:

  • Two bagels
  • Half a cucumber
  • A few leaves of Véritable® blood sorrel
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • Fresh cheese
  • A shallot
  • A few sprigs of Véritable® chives

Preparation

1. Start by preparing the cream cheese with the shallot and chives. Finely chop the shallot, then pick a few sprigs of chives directly from your garden.

2. Mix the cream cheese, shallot and chopped chives in a bowl.

3. Slice the cucumber and cut the salmon into pieces.

4. Spread the filling on both sides of the bagel, then add the toppings in layers, starting with the cucumber slices, followed by the salmon. Use the mini shears to harvest a few leaves of red sorrel and finish the bagel by adding a few leaves.

5. Cut the bagel in half and enjoy!
