Sage can be harvested throughout the growing season, but it's best to harvest before flowering. The leaves will taste best before the plant produces flowers.

To harvest sage, pick the leaves using scissors or by gently pinching them close to the stem. You can pick the leaves as you need them, or harvest larger quantities at a time.
