Our tips for successfully growing your salad burnet

Burnet leaves can be harvested as they grow. Young leaves tend to have a milder, more delicate taste.

To harvest the leaves, carefully pick the stems near the base of the plant using scissors. You can pick individual leaves or cut whole stems to suit your needs. Take care not to remove more than a third of the leaves from each plant, to ensure healthy regrowth.
