The delivery costs are defined according to the total weight of the package to be delivered, the mode of transport as well as the country of delivery. This amount will be calculated automatically before the validation of your order, after having communicated your delivery address.

Right of withdrawal and return of parcels

In accordance with articles L121-21 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of your order. Please contact our customer service to learn about the return procedure. No return will be accepted without the prior authorization of Véritable®. 

This right of return will only be accepted for products returned in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...), without trace of use. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. 

The return costs are at the customer's expense except in case of anomaly noted on the product received, not resulting from poor transport conditions. Any refund to the customer will be made within thirty (30) days of the exercise of this right.

Customs duties and taxes

For all shipments to International (outside Europe) and Switzerland, prices are exclusive of taxes.
All orders placed on the Véritable® SAS website to a country outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties imposed in the country of destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer. Véritable® SAS is not obliged to check and inform its Customers of the applicable customs duties and taxes. It is the Customer's responsibility to check with the competent authorities of his country. The refusal of payment by the customer of the customs charges will result in the cancellation of the order and its reimbursement. Any transport and customs clearance costs incurred by Véritable® SAS to recall the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Delivery time and method

Orders are considered validated upon receipt of payment. Parcels are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days (working days) after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated at the time of order). In addition to this shipping time, the carrier's delivery time varies according to the country of destination.

Orders shipped by Colissimo from Monday to Friday at 1pm, and on Monday for those placed during the weekend.

Whichever shipment choice you make (Colissimo home delivery with signature, Colissimo home delivery without signature, Colissimo Point Relais), we will send you a link to track your package online. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

In case of absence, you will receive a notice asking you to collect your parcel at the nearest post office or at a collection point. We therefore recommend that you choose a post office or a collection point for your order.
