Christmas Mojito with Pomegranate and Mint – Festive Recipe

Ingredients

  • One pomegranate
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves
  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 2 cl rum
  • Sparkling water or lemonade
  • A little fresh mint from your garden

Preparation

  1. Place the pomegranate seeds in the glasses.
  2. Pour in 3 cl of lime juice.
  3. Muddle lightly.
  4. Add the mint leaves.
  5. Add 2 cl of rum.
  6. Add ice cubes.
  7. Top up with sparkling water or lemonade.
  8. Garnish with mint and pomegranate seeds.
