Our tips for successfully growing your lovage

Lovage leaves can be harvested throughout the growing season, preferably before the plant begins to flower. Young leaves tend to be more tender and have a milder flavor. To harvest the leaves, cut the stems near the base using scissors. Alternatively, pick individual leaves with care. Take care not to remove more than a third of the leaves from a single plant, to ensure continued growth.
