How can beet greens be associated?

How do you cook beet greens?

Beet greens are delicious in salads. You can add them to fresh vegetable mixes or combine them with other herbs and vegetables to create a colorful, nutritious salad. Their slightly earthy flavor goes well with light or creamy vinaigrettes.

Beet greens can also be used as a garnish for hot or cold dishes. Add them to pasta dishes, pizzas, sandwiches or soups to add a touch of freshness and color.

Our tips for successfully growing your beet greens

Beet greens can be harvested when the leaves are young and tender, from 3 to 4 weeks of growth. At this stage, the shoots are generally a few centimetres high.

To harvest beet greens, you can cut the leaves individually near the base, leaving the other shoots to continue growing. It's best to cut off the outer leaves while leaving a few inner ones to allow the plant to continue growing.
